Website design · Belfast electrical contractor

A clearer route from electrical problem to trusted quote.

NAE needed more than a smart homepage. The website had to organise a broad range of domestic work, make specialist services easy to understand, and let customers request help without hunting for the next step.

The brief

Make a technical service feel straightforward.

People rarely browse an electrician’s website for fun. They arrive with a job in mind: a charger to install, lights to improve, an appliance to connect, or a fault that needs diagnosed.

We built the site around that moment. Strong service routes quickly identify the right kind of work, while repeated quote and phone options keep the path to an enquiry short.

The homepage

The service promise and quote form meet immediately.

The opening screen does two jobs at once: establishes NAE as a local Belfast electrical specialist, then gives customers a visible way to explain what they need.

Four distinct customer journeys

One business. Different reasons to call.

Each core service gets its own visual identity, useful explanation, and direct quote route. Customers do not have to translate a generic list of electrical capabilities into the job they actually need.

Fault Finding

A dedicated route turns an uncertain problem into a clear next step: diagnosis, repair, preventative advice and a fast way to make contact.

Conversion built into the structure

The quote form is part of the story, not an afterthought.

Calls to action stay close to the service information, so the customer can move while their intent is strongest. The homepage also combines location context, service proof and recent work before repeating the enquiry route.
