Explain the session
What happens, who it helps, and why it matters are visible before the form.
Website design · community support
Splash needed a warmer, clearer website that made programmes easier to find, showed the people behind the service, and gave families confidence before they ever picked up the phone.
The brief
Splash Sure Start has a lot of important information: family support, early years programmes, baby sessions, contact details, staff, referrals, forms, and practical questions. The website had to organise that into simple journeys without losing the warmth of the organisation.
Homepage direction
The hero leads with care, confidence, and a simple route into programmes. Below it, three plain-language cards explain who Splash supports and why it matters locally.

Programme pages
Families do not browse a support website for fun. They arrive with a question: what is it, who is it for, where is it, and how do I apply? The programme pages put those answers close to the form.

What happens, who it helps, and why it matters are visible before the form.
The application route sits beside the information, so families do not have to hunt for the next step.
FAQs and contact details reduce small admin questions before they become phone calls.
Visual language
The images you picked give the case study the same feeling the Splash site needs: care, reassurance, early years support, and real family life.

Trust and admin
For a Sure Start organisation, trust is not abstract. Families want to know who they are speaking to, where the centre is, and how to ask for help. The contact and team pages make that clearer.

Outcome
Families can move from the homepage into the right type of support without needing to understand the organisation first.
Photography, staff pages, and local details make the service feel human and grounded in Craigavon.
Clearer forms, FAQs, and contact routes give staff a better place to point people when questions come in.
The finished project
The Splash site now has a clearer structure for families, stronger visual warmth, and real page depth behind the homepage.
